Henrik Baasch

Henrik Baasch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, data, and AI, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience & Engagement and Director of Data & AI at Columbus since July 2022. Prior to this role, Henrik held various senior leadership positions at Nextway for nearly a decade, including Managing Director for Nextway Finland and Sweden, and Chief Commercial Officer.
