Kadian Jones

Kadian Jones has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the US People Director and Interim Global Employee Engagement Director at Heifer International since August 2021. Responsibilities include HR policy development, stakeholder collaboration, and addressing employee concerns through thorough investigations. Previous experience includes working at Relief International from April 2017 to July 2021, providing high-quality employee relations services and overseeing performance management systems. Kadian began a career at the Integrity Commission of Jamaica in 2008, holding positions as an Inspector and Office Administrator. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, as well as ongoing studies at Cornell University.
