Olav Frolich

Olav Frolich is an experienced professional in strategy, growth, and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Growth at Columbus since November 2024. Olav Frolich also owns Frolich Consulting, providing advisory services in areas such as strategy, governance, and enterprise architecture since August 2014. Previously, Olav Frolich held positions as Associate Partner and Technology Advisory Lead at Valcon, Senior Manager at PwC, and Board Member for various organizations, including Danish Solar Energy and URU Design. With an extensive background in IT and management consulting, including roles at Devoteam and DR, Olav Frolich has developed a deep expertise in business transformation, enterprise architecture, and change management, supported by an EMBA from the International University of Monaco and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from DTU.
