Previously, Srikant held significant roles, including Chair of the Innovation & Transformation Council and Board Member at Columbus Chamber of Commerce, as well as leading various strategic initiatives at Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Srikant's extensive background includes managing complex transformations in home lending, developing customer-centric solutions, and driving growth across multiple business segments. Srikant's educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and General Management from The Ohio State University and advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and the University of Mumbai.
