Zach Leichtman

Zach Leichtman is a skilled scouting analyst currently working at Columbus Crew since February 2025. Previously, Zach served as a first team video and performance analyst at Orlando City SC from April 2022 to February 2025, and as an assistant video and performance analyst, focusing on match preparation and performance reviews. Experience also includes a role as a data collection analyst at PFF FC and a performance analysis intern at Nashville Soccer Club, where responsibilities included player evaluation, tactical analysis, and creating data-driven scouting reports. Zach began a career in data management and analysis as a seasonal research assistant at Leichtman Research Group and gained practical experience in operations through internships with the Winnipesaukee Muskrats and Oyster River Youth Association. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Syracuse University, earned in 2022.
