Andrew Konkol

Andrew Konkol is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the manufacturing and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Columbus McKinnon since February 2024, Andrew previously held similar roles at Fathom Digital Manufacturing and ER Wagner, where responsibilities included overseeing operational efficiencies. Prior to these positions, Andrew served as Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations at ER Wagner. Andrew's extensive experience at Harley-Davidson Motor Company included various managerial roles within product development and operations from 2006 to 2019. Andrew began a career in operations at Roundy's Supermarkets as a Warehouse Employee. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
