Louis Ott

Lou is passionate about driving transformational growth and improvement across organizations. Spending the majority of his career scaling healthcare and education services organizations, Lou approaches growth with a mission oriented mindset and applies rigorous analytical processes to achieve results. Prior to Column Health, Lou worked for Bay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy services in New England, and Little Sprouts, an early childhood education services provider. Outside of work, Lou has spent time volunteering with the breakfast program at The Pine Street Inn in Boston. During his free time, Lou enjoys golf, skiing and exploring nature in New England. Lou lives in Charlestown, MA with his wife and yellow lab, Dune.
