Michał Bajcar

Michał Bajcar has extensive work experience in tax and finance. Michał started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked in both the Audit Department and the Tax Department. In the Tax Department, they focused on international taxation, CIT, VAT, PIT, payroll, and global mobility. Michał also had responsibilities such as verifying tax implications of contracts, coordinating with external institutions, and handling tax controls. In 2003, Michał joined ComArch S.A. as the Director of the Tax Department. In this role, they managed international and domestic tax planning, developed tax effective structures, and oversaw transfer pricing policies and documentation. Michał also dealt with regulatory analysis and implemented internal procedures in foreign companies and branches.

Michał Bajcar completed their education with a Master's Degree in Economics and Accounting from Krakow University of Economics in 1998. Prior to that, they studied Law at Jagiellonian University from 1995 to 1998. In 1999 to 2002, they pursued a field of study in Finance & Accounting at ACCA (Association of Cerified Chartered Accountants). Michał also attended a Tax Advisor program from 2006 to 2007.
