Ian Abbey

Ian Abbey has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Head of Region - Project Controlling and CFO for Comau UK since October 2016, overseeing UK financials for a leading robotics and automation company with a turnover of approximately £50 million. Prior experience includes Financial Controller at Quartzelec Ltd, where Ian managed accounting and reporting for a £60 million international electrical engineering firm, and roles at Robert Half International, Marconi PLC, and a finance apprenticeship. Ian's education includes a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Financial Training Company and ongoing studies with CIMA, alongside membership in the Institute of Directors.
