Obadiah VanVlack

Obadiah VanVlack has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to the present. Obadiah is currently employed at Netagen as a Product Line Manager since March 2021. Prior to that, from October 2015 to March 2021, they worked as IT Manager at Printcraft Printing & Office Supplies.

In their earlier years, Obadiah held various roles at Avaya from December 2009 to September 2015, including Product Manager. During their tenure, they were responsible for the overall solution of the Avaya Aura Feature Pack 4 release and handled product ownership for several applications in the Avaya Aura solution suite.

Before working at Avaya, Obadiah worked at Nortel from July 2005 to November 2009 as a Product Manager, and from September 2000 to June 2005 as a Team Leader - Technical Support. In these roles, they provided advanced troubleshooting, project management, and collaborated with internal and external teams to resolve issues and escalations related to Beta and GA software.

Obadiah's early work experience includes a role as a System Analyst at Casco Impregnated Papers Inc. from August 1998 to September 2000.

Obadiah VanVlack completed their education in a chronological order. Obadiah attended Brock University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Neuroscience. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Information Technology Institute (ITI) from 1997 to 1998, earning a Post Grad Diploma in Applied Information Technology.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Obadiah VanVlack obtained several certifications throughout their career. Obadiah became certified as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance in 2008. Furthermore, in 2011, they attained certifications in Practical Product Management, Pragmatic Marketing Certified, and Requirements That Work from the Pragmatic Marketing/Institute.
