Megan Heil

Megan Heil serves as the North Texas Regional Manager for the Texas Veterans Network powered by Combined Arms since August 2021, overseeing a territory that includes 136 counties and numerous regional and national organizations. Responsibilities include aligning program goals with the network's mission and managing program data and metrics in Salesforce. Prior to this role, Megan was a Program Specialist at the United Way of Tarrant County, where Texas Veterans Network coordinated resources for veterans and their families. With a strong background in veteran services and management across various industries, including hospitality and retail, Megan's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and an Associate of Arts from Colorado Mountain College.
