Walter James

Walter James has a long history of work experience in the laboratory field. Starting in 2013, they worked as a contractor at Adecco Engineering & Technical. In 2015, they worked as a contractor at The Premier Group and ClinLab Staffing, and as a Lab Assistant at Syros Pharmaceuticals. In 2016, they worked as a CGMP Assistant Manager at Cleanroom Facility Service (CFS) and as a Laboratory Operation Manager at Evelo Biosciences. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Laboratory Manager at Strand Therapeutics and a Site EH&S Coordinator at Resilience. Currently, they are working as a Lab Manager at Combined Therapeutics Inc.

Walter James began their educational journey in 1997 at Fenway High School, where they completed general high school studies. In 1999, they earned a Certificate in Rape Prevention from the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center (BARCC). From 2001 to 2002, they earned their G.E.D. from E. Boston City Roots. In 2008, they obtained an ELJ 1 degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Electrical Journeyman I. From 2010 to 2011, they attended Boston University School of Medicine and studied Biomedical Laboratory Technology. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they earned an Associate's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Bunker Hill CC.
