Jessica Head has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Jessica currently works as a Product Manager at ComboCurve, Inc., where they focus on improving the forecasting and field development components of the software remotely. Prior to that, they served as a Managing Director at Bennett Creek Consulting, LLC, providing consulting services to Kraken O&G and ComboCurve.

Jessica has a substantial career history with Equinor, where they held multiple roles. Jessica served as the Appalachian Basin Asset and Operations Manager, overseeing the delivery of positive cash flow and low carbon intensity. Jessica also worked as the DPI Global Improvement Portfolio Manager, identifying and implementing key improvements globally. Additionally, they were the GLU Planning & Field Development Manager, responsible for field development and planning in various regions.

Before their time at Equinor, Jessica worked at Statoil as a Principal Reservoir Engineer, evaluating completion efficiency and well performance in the Bakken. Jessica also served as a Principal Completions Engineer, optimizing completion design and collaborating on new strategies.

Earlier in their career, Jessica was an Operations Manager at Bayou Well Services, where they successfully started frac operations in North Louisiana. Jessica briefly worked as a Completions Engineer II at EOG Resources in Tyler, TX and began their career at Schlumberger as a Field Engineer, later taking on roles as an FSM (Field Service Manager) and Product Champion.

Jessica's work experience demonstrates their expertise in subsurface, operations, completions, leadership consulting, and software product management in the oil and gas industry.

Jessica Head obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Running Coach with Rogue Running in June 2018 and completed the Equinor: Leading Digital Transformation course from UC Berkeley Executive Education in July 2020.
