Jess Stubbs has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with Comcast and its subsidiaries. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Ad Sales Account Executive at Comcast Spotlight, now known as Effectv, where they provided guidance and executed multi-platform advertising campaigns for local and regional businesses.
In 2014, Jess joined Comcast as a Sr. Program Manager in Learning & Development, a role they held until 2019. Jess then served as a Director of Product in Learning & Development from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Engagement in Learning & Development at Comcast.
Currently, Jess is working at Comcast Advertising as a Sr. Director of Client Experience Operations, where they lead a team responsible for designing and implementing processes to gather and act on client feedback, aiming to provide actionable insights for both Effectv and FreeWheel clients.
Jess Stubbs obtained a BSBA degree in Finance with a minor in International Business, focusing on Business Law, from Robert Morris University from 2007 to 2011. In 2020 to 2021, Jess Stubbs attended the NeuroLeadership Institute North America for the Brain Based Coaching Program, earning a degree in Brain Based Conversation Skills (BBCS). Additionally, Jess Stubbs holds certifications in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, obtained in May 2022, and as a Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2016.
