Adam Rich, MBA

Adam Rich, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked at FirstEnergy Solutions, where they began as an Assistant Sales Analyst, supporting Account Executives with customer account analysis and contract preparation. Adam then transitioned to an Account Executive position, where they prospect new business, maintained an existing book, and developed long-term relationships with key accounts, resulting in substantial revenue growth. Later, they became a Government Aggregation Representative, responsible for developing a vertical sales department that provided electricity savings to communities in Ohio and Illinois.

In 2014, Adam Rich joined ComDoc, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager, where they identified, sold, and managed document solutions and business technologies for Major Account clients in the Greater Cleveland area. Adam also played a key role in retaining and expanding the client base by conducting regular business reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposal presentations and sales forecasts. Later, they took on the role of Program Manager, Higher Education, where they engaged with Ohio's public and private higher education institutions to utilize ComDoc's print management strategy. Adam conducted proactive device management plan assessments and produced internal and external reporting for ComDoc and the IUC-PG.

Adam Rich, MBA, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Interactive Media Studies from Miami University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Adam furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Ashland University, completing their studies between 2012 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Adam Rich achieved certifications as a Competent Communicator and Competent Leader from Toastmasters International, in June 2011 and June 2010, respectively.
