Catherine MacGillivray-Prantl CPCC, ACC (ICF) currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Management & Culture and Vice President HRBP Corporate Functions & Integrated Talent Management at Comet Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, Catherine was a volunteer mentor for ThrivewithMentoring, supporting women's professional development. Catherine's extensive experience includes positions at Triumph International as a Global HR Business Partner in Asia, and significant roles at Swarovski, where contributions included leading global talent acquisition and improving HR software solutions. Catherine also held HR leadership positions at Value Retail and TMP Executive Search, and began a career in market research at Chanel. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Advanced Certificate of Employment Law from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a BA (Hons) in Tourism & Modern Languages from the University of Strathclyde.
