Matthew Mandel

Matthew Mandel has a diverse work experience. Matthew began their professional career in 2006 as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. In 2008, they moved to Bain Capital as an Associate. In 2011, they became a Financial Analyst - MBA Intern at the United States Department of the Treasury, Office of Financial Stability. In 2012, they joined Advent International as a Vice President. In 2017, they began working at Wayfair, first as General Manager, Head of North American Carrier Transportation and Home Delivery, then as General Manager, Head of North American Transportation and Home Delivery, and finally as General Manager, Outlet Channels and Recovery Logistics and Head of Wayfair Warehouse Outlet Stores. In 2020, they became Co-CEO and COO of Cometeer, a company that makes the most delicious coffee accessible for all.

Matthew Mandel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and an AB in Public Policy from Duke University.
