Kim Sarosy

Kim Sarosy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Cometic Gasket, Inc. since February 2023, Kim previously held multiple positions at Process Technology, including Director of Talent Management, Talent Manager of Operations, and Talent Generalist from January 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Kim was a Human Resources Manager at ASTRO Manufacturing & Design and held HR roles at Consolidated Precision Products, Flow Polymers, and Wiseco Piston, Inc. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Restaurant Management from Kent State University and a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College.
