Jennifer Easley

Jennifer Easley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles since 2012. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Care Synergy since October 2020, Jennifer maintains expertise in EEO, FMLA, ERISA, COBRA, and ACA while assisting with employee relations and performance management. Prior to this role, Jennifer held multiple positions at Humboldt Park Health, including Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Specialist and Human Resources Specialist, where responsibilities included job evaluations, full-cycle recruiting, and onboarding processes. Starting their career at Panera Bread as an Associate Trainer and interning in marketing at the Town of Normal, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication from Illinois State University and an Associate of Science from McHenry County College.
