Juliet Elle Okoliko

Juliet Elle Okoliko is an experienced professional in the service management and tenancy sustainment sectors. Currently serving as Service Manager at Comfort Care Services Ltd since September 2022, Juliet oversees compliance with external regulations and internal policies, while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring key performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, as a Tenancy Sustainment Officer at L&Q from July 2017 to August 2023, Juliet contributed to supporting tenants in maintaining their housing stability. Juliet is also advancing their expertise through education at Anglia Ruskin University, where a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Law is being pursued.
