Shannon O’Dell

Shannon Oliver currently serves as a Corporate Applications Analyst at the Department of Training and Workforce Development, focusing on support and maintenance of academic systems for TAFE colleges. Shannon also works as an eLearning Support Officer at South Metropolitan TAFE, assisting academic staff in utilizing eLearning technologies, along with providing administrative support to the Learning and Development team. Previous experience includes managing sports administration for All Flags Signs & Banners and working as a Customer Care Professional at TNT. Shannon's education includes a Certificate IV in Computer Programming and a Diploma of Software Development, both obtained from South Metropolitan TAFE, along with participation in the Shannon Codes Australia Plus Program.
