Louis Banks

Louis Banks has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different companies. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Intern at CROSSBRIDGE LLP, where they assisted the Financial Controller and Operations Consulting Manager with tasks such as reconciling bank statements and processing payments. Louis then transitioned to a role as a Tennis Coach, utilizing their LTA level 2 coaching certification and developing strong communication and interpersonal skills. In 2017, Louis joined RSM UK as an Internal Auditor, where they gained experience in analyzing organizations' control frameworks, testing controls, and identifying risks. Louis later advanced to the role of Senior Internal Auditor, taking on client-facing responsibilities, writing reports, and mentoring junior staff. Most recently, Louis joined Comic Relief in 2022 as the Compliance and Risk Lead, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, managing risk, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Louis Banks completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Brighton between 2014 and 2017.
