Elad Rom

Elad Rom has a diverse work experience in project management, technology, and teaching. Elad worked as the Head of Project Management at Commit, leading teams in project and product management. Elad also had a role as a Software Project Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at The Recanati Executive MBA Program, where they assisted in courses related to management and information systems. Rom also served as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Microsoft, providing support and maintaining relationships with enterprise organizations. Prior to that, they worked at Lotem as an Integration Manager, Product Manager, SAP implementation & QA team head, SharePoint 2007 Software Architect, and Head of the Knowledge Management department. Elad also had a temporary role as a Microsoft Office & SharePoint teacher at John Bryce.

Elad Rom holds a Master's Degree in Information and Technology from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, from Bar-Ilan University between 2003 and 2008. Elad has also acquired additional certifications, including Generative AI Overview for Project Managers from the Project Management Institute, Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, and MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core from Microsoft.
