Dave Heaton

Dave Heaton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Analysis in Bank Operations at Commerce Bank since March 2024, Dave leads a team focused on leveraging robotic process automation and low-code technologies to enhance departmental processes. Prior to this, Dave held various roles at Unbound, including Strategic Alignment Officer and Systems Analyst/Project Manager, where responsibilities included strategic planning, technology system enhancements, and process improvements for the non-profit organization. Additional experience includes positions at Independence Blue Cross as a Senior Business Analyst, Unisys as an Online Editor, Borders Books as a Communications Coordinator, and SkillPath Seminars as a Proofreader. Dave's academic background includes a Master’s degree in English and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication: Journalism, both from Truman State University.
