Dominic Ishmael

Dominic Ishmael is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in consumer lending and product support. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Commerce Bank since January 2023, Dominic manages the risk profile for the consumer credit portfolio and leads attrition research and implementation projects. Prior experience includes a role as Product Support Manager I at Academy Bank, where support was provided for essential banking applications, and a tenure at UMB Bank as Loan Specialist Sr - Consumer Team Lead, responsible for overseeing the consumer booking team and identifying process improvements.
