Timothy O'Donnell

Timothy O'Donnell has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting with their current role as Vice President - Commercial Portfolio Manager III at Commerce Bank since 2022. In this position, they manage a commercial loan portfolio focused on large commercial C&I relationships, including publicly traded companies, privately held companies, and non-for-profits. Timothy is skilled in structuring commercial loans, including line of credits, term loans, equipment financing, and real estate purchases, as well as managing syndicated credit relationships. Timothy is also responsible for front-end financial and credit analysis, underwriting of commercial C&I loans, and presenting loan approvals to the Executive Loan Committee.

Prior to their current role, Timothy held the position of Vice President at Enterprise Bank & Trust from 2013 to 2022. Before that, they served as Assistant Vice President at St. Louis Bank from 2007 to 2013, and as a Commercial Banking Officer at Regions Financial Corporation from 2006 to 2007. Timothy started their career as a Senior Credit Analyst at Regions Bank from 2003 to 2004 and worked as a Credit Intern at Southwest Bank from 2001 to 2003.

Timothy O'Donnell received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Saint Louis University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Lindenwood University. Prior to their college education, Timothy attended St. John Vianney High School from 1995 to 1999.
