Richard Troch

Richard Troch has over a decade of experience in IT support and technician roles, currently serving as a Senior IT Technician at Commerce City since May 2013, where responsibilities include standardizing hardware and creating new users via Active Directory. Previous roles include Level II Service Desk Technician at Mercy Housing, providing phone and remote support, and Desktop Support for a contract position at TIAA-CREF, focusing on PC refresh projects.
