A graduate of Hesser College, Jonathan is responsible for the oversight of all service units. We depend on Jonathan for input into hiring procedures, scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and technical oversight. As Night Supervisor in prior years, Jonathan gained valuable experience in customer service and supervision, which have helped him drive the company's mission of exceptional service.
