Aalaa Eissa is an experienced professional in quality assurance and training, currently serving as the Alternative Channels Quality Assurance Officer at CIB Egypt since 2016. In this role, Aalaa organizes and coordinates the Quality Assurance department's activities, manages programs to meet high-quality standards, and develops training programs to enhance customer service and employee performance. Prior to this position, Aalaa worked in soft skills training at CIB Egypt, where responsibilities included identifying training needs and designing relevant training manuals. Aalaa's earlier experience includes freelance training for New Horizons Learning Group and ITIDA, as well as a position as a UK Account Advisor at Vodafone, focusing on customer service. Aalaa holds an MBA in International Business from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ain Shams University.
