George Adly

George Adly has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2007 as a Project Manager at OpenCraft where they successfully planned and implemented projects. George then moved on to Link Development as a Project Lead/Manager, overseeing a variety of projects and effectively communicating with both teams and clients. In 2012, Adly joined SAB Communications/Technowireless as a Group Service Delivery Director, where they were responsible for managing software development, service delivery, and technical operations. Later in 2012, they became a Program Manager in the banking industry at egabi Solutions, handling Oracle ERP, OFSAA, and Siebel CRM projects. Adly then joined CIB Egypt in 2015 as a Director - Program Manager, leading the agile transformation initiative and managing large-scale, complex programs and projects. Throughout their career, they have implemented various project management methodologies and systems, achieved CMMi level 2, and demonstrated exceptional project management skills.

George Adly has a diverse education history in the field of computer science, business IT, and project management. George obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Business IT from Middlesex University, studying from 2002 to 2007. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams University, Cairo, from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they pursued undergraduate studies in Software Engineering at The American University in Cairo during the same period.

In terms of certifications, George Adly has achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2009. George is also a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, having received this certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021. Furthermore, they hold the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, although the exact year of attainment is not specified.
