Monika Essam

Monika Essam is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service and social media management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst and Payment Processing Specialist at HSBC since May 2022, Monika has also been with CIB Egypt since September 2019 as a Social Media Officer, where responsibilities include moderating social media channels and enhancing customer interaction. In addition, Monika has extensive experience as a Call Center Representative at CIB and previously at Citi, providing valuable support and information to customers. Monika holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
