Rehab Adel Allam

Rehab Adel Allam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rehab has worked with CIB Egypt since 2016, initially serving as an Executive Secretary for senior management. In this role, they handled calendar management, mail correspondence, office maintenance, and logistics planning for off-site activities. Rehab also partnered with HR to maintain office policies for over 60 employees. Later, they took on assignments as a Marketing Communications Specialist and as a Mobile Payment Business Development Officer, where they managed relationships with strategic partners and helped set targets and budgets for digital initiatives. Prior to CIB Egypt, Rehab worked at Travco Group from 2007 to 2016, first as an Assistant Contracting & Yield Manager and later as a Senior Tour Operator. In these roles, they negotiated rates with suppliers, operated tour and travel programs, and managed customer payments. Before that, they had experience in customer service and administrative tasks at Instituto Cervantes and worked as a Tour Operator at Aton Travel.

Rehab Adel Allam has a diverse education history. Rehab completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained several foundation degrees from the AUC - School of Continuing Education, specializing in areas such as Customer Experience Management, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Events & Conferences Management, and Basic Computer Skills. Rehab also earned a certificate in Human Resources courses from AUC in 2013. Additionally, Rehab holds diplomas in Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad de Salamanca and has completed a Business English Course.
