Jessica Carpenter

Jessica Carpenter has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Jessica started their career at FEDERAL MOGUL as an International Trade Coordinator and later became an Advanced Purchasing Buyer. Jessica then worked as a Procurement Specialist at Hubbell Power Systems and Club Car. After that, they joined Standard Resource Center as a Manager of Human Resources. Jessica continued their career at Target as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader before joining CMC. At CMC, Jessica held several positions, starting as an Area Manager, then a Corporate Human Resources Manager, and later as a Director of Human Resources. Currently, they are working as a Sr. Director of Human Resources at CMC, responsible for developing and executing people strategy in support of the business plan for the company's International Division.

Jessica Carpenter attended Alma College from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in International Business. Jessica'sfield of study included International Business, French, and Spanish.
