Jennifer Durbin

Jennifer Durbin is Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at Commercial Metals Company. She leads the company’s Human Resources and Safety organizations in support of CMC’s workforce of more than 11,000 employees. Jennifer oversees all areas within Human Resources, including attracting and retaining talent, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and succession planning.

Prior to this role, Jennifer served for 10 years in CMC’s legal department, most recently as Lead Counsel. Before joining the Company, she was an attorney at Sidley Austin, LLP.

In addition to her role at CMC, Jennifer is involved in several community organizations, including currently serving on the Dallas Board of the American Heart Association.

Jennifer has a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a law degree from Boston University School of Law.
