Carla Kurtz has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as the Accounting Manager at Commercial Properties, Inc. since November 1994. Carla oversees all accounting functions for property management, including tenant billings, collections, bank reconciliations, and the preparation of financial reports for over 120 properties. Starting as the sole accountant in a small company, Carla played a key role in expanding the accounting team to five members and contributed to the recognition of the Property Management Department as the best in the Phoenix Area. Previous positions include Owner/Operator at MCK Enterprises and Accountant/System Administrator at Precision Machine Works, where Carla implemented the first computer system and handled various financial responsibilities. Early career experience includes working as an Assistant Supervisor in the Accounts Payable Department at Xerox. Carla's educational background includes studies at Ohlone College and a high school diploma from Marina High School in San Leandro, CA.
