John Riordan

John Riordan is an experienced telecommunications technician with a diverse background in voice services and critical infrastructure management. Currently working at Commercial Technology Contractors Inc (CTCI) since May 2016, John maintains voice operations for Montclair State University and Bloomfield College, while also managing large projects and reporting on service requests. Previous roles include overseeing the build-out of Time Inc.'s MDF and IDFs in NYC, supporting day-to-day voice services at AT&T for Horizon Blue Cross, and leading environmental health and safety initiatives at RR Donnelley. John has extensive experience in critical infrastructure maintenance, having designed and managed voice networks for over thirty systems nationwide during a long tenure at Bowne and Company, and has held earlier positions in maintenance engineering and warehouse management. John's education includes studies at Bergen County Vocational Technical School.
