Juan Loera CMQOE, CQA, CQT has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Juan is currently serving as the Director of Quality & Safety at Commercial Tool Group. Prior to this, Juan worked as a Partner at Destiny Insurance Group. Juan also held the position of Corporate Quality Manager at Ridgeview Industries and Director of Quality at Grand Rapids Foam Technologies. Juan's earlier experience includes roles such as Quality Manager at Master Tag, Quality Assurance Manager at Hilite International and Dura Automotive, and Quality Manager at Triple R Plastics. Juan began their career as a Quality Engineer at Johnson Controls Automotive and later worked as Supplier Quality Assurance at GHSP. Throughout their career, Juan has been responsible for maintaining quality systems, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction.

Juan Loera attended Baker College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BA degree in Industrial Management. Prior to that, they studied Chemical Engineering at Michigan Technological University from 1991 to 1993, although it is unclear if they completed a degree in that field. Additionally, Juan completed an ASQ refresher course, although the specific dates are unknown.

In terms of certifications, Juan Loera obtained the Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in March 1998. Later, in December 2012, they obtained the Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification and the Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification, both also from ASQ - World Headquarters. More recently, in May 2017, they obtained the ISO 9001-2015 Lead Assessor certification from SFM Group.
