Prior to this, Michael worked at CIBC as a Small Business Financial Advisor, providing specialized telephone banking services, and at Scotiabank as a Customer Service Representative, where support was given to personal and small business customers. Michael holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services from NSCC-Kingstec campus and a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
