Debbie Pavlov

Debbie Pavlov has a substantial work experience in the field of quality assurance and engineering. Debbie started their career at ANCO Wiper Products in 1990, where they worked as a Quality professional until 2004. Following that, they joined Polycon as a Quality Manager from December 2005 to July 2007. From August 2007 to May 2008, they served as a Quality Engineer at Continental Midland, LLC. Subsequently, Debbie worked as a Quality professional at Insulation Fabricators, Inc from September 2008 to September 2009. Debbie then joined MPI International, LLC as a Quality Manager from January 2011 to January 2012, and later transitioned to the role of a Quality Engineer until February 2013. In February 2013, they joined Regal Beloit d/b/a McGill Mfg Co as a Senior Quality Engineer. Currently, Debbie is employed at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer, starting in June 2023.

Debbie Pavlov pursued their education at Purdue University Northwest from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Their field of study was in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to that, between 1981 and 1985, they attended I.U.N., although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
