Gernot Kleckner

Gernot Kleckner currently serves as a Beirat at Yellowfin Asset Management GmbH since August 2023. With an extensive career at Commerzbank AG starting in May 1996, Gernot held several significant positions, including Divisional Board Member for Capital Markets and Managing Director in Corporate & Markets FIC, progressing to CEO Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Credit Risk Management for Central and Eastern Europe. Responsibilities included leading Credit Risk Management for Poland and Russia, managing credit risk for multinational and investment banks, and overseeing risk management for trading activities. Additionally, Gernot served as Vice President specializing in Treasury at Commerzbank Eurasija ZAO and as a member of the supervisory board. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Economics from the University of Siegen, Digital Leadership Challenge in Leadership in Digital Transformation from Commerzbank, and Accelerated Leadership training from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
