Jan Uhlir

Jan Uhlir is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Commerzbank AG since April 2021, Jan has previously contributed to Credit Suisse as a Credit Risk Data Platform Developer and to UBS as a Cash Equities Post Trade Java Developer. Jan's career includes roles at EPAM Systems, RBS Markets and International Banking, Government Digital Service, Hailo, Thomson Reuters, Equal Experts, and Standard Chartered Bank, working on various projects that range from FX trading systems to large-scale ETL initiatives. Jan holds a Master's degree in IT from Prague University of Economics and Business, completed between 1995 and 2001.
