Kuheli Panigrahi

Kuheli Panigrahi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Comminent since September 2023, Kuheli previously worked as a Lead HRBP at Tata Elxsi and as a Human Resources Manager at Masai School, where responsibilities included employee relations, performance management, and organizational culture implementation. In earlier roles, Kuheli gained experience as a Human Resources Associate at Dasra, overseeing HR information systems and compliance, and as an HR Executive at MSD Telematics, focusing on onboarding and payroll management. Kuheli holds a PGDBM in Human Resources Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and has additional educational qualifications in Mass Communication and HR analytics.
