Yongkang An

Yongkang An is a Senior Analyst in Compliance & Enforcement at the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) since January 2022, with a focus on developing regulatory frameworks and conducting audits and investigations in the energy sector. Previously, Yongkang served as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Meituan, leading a team on food safety regulation and analysis of legal changes. As a Postdoctoral Researcher at Zhejiang University, Yongkang led research on food safety and taxi regulation and organized workshops. Experience also includes lecturing on Food Safety Regulation and Chinese Law at University College Dublin. Yongkang holds a Ph.D. in Law from University College Dublin and advanced law degrees from Nankai University.
