Debbie Gailbreath

Debbie Gailbreath, MSPSE, RPL, has extensive experience in public safety and education, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor and a member of the Board of Directors at APCO International since February 2011. Additionally, Debbie has been an Accreditation Assessor with CALEA since July 2002. Prior to these roles, Debbie retired from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office, where service commenced in May 1981 and concluded in May 2016. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management/Public Safety Communications from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Science in Adult Education/Curriculum Development from Troy University.
