Evelyn Okakwu

Evelyn Okakwu is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in reporting and correspondency. Currently serving as a Correspondent and Consultant at the Committee to Protect Journalists since August 2019, Evelyn has also been a Reporter at Premium Times Media Services since August 2015. Previous roles include reporting positions at Peoples, Media Limited, Abuja, Peoples Daily Newspapers, and New Nigerian Newspapers in Kaduna. Evelyn's educational background includes a Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication and Business Administration from Federal Polytechnic Bauchi and Federal Polytechnic Mubi, with studies completed between 2004 and 2011.
