Scott Horne

Scott Horne has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Scott started their career at Time Warner Cable, where they held various roles, including Director of Engineering and Technical Operations Manager. Scott then joined Bright House Networks as Vice President of Engineering and later became Vice President of Operations and General Manager. During their time at Bright House Networks, they were responsible for overseeing advanced technology and product launches, as well as managing engineering and technical operations budgets. After leaving Bright House Networks, Scott joined Comcast Cable as Region VP Engineering and then VP Engineering Operations, where they directed network construction and upgrade projects and coordinated engineering activities across various regions. Currently, Scott Horne serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Commnet Broadband.

Scott Horne completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from Troy University from 1997 to 2001. Scott then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management from Regis University, which they completed in 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, Scott has also obtained certifications such as the Communicate to Drive Results Program from Speakeasy in 2022 and the SCTE Executive Leadership Program from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2018. Scott also completed the Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2010.
