Tina Brown

Tina Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Director of Clinical Operations at Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative, which they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NeuGen from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the Manager of Care Management. During this time, they led and provided oversight for care management and utilization management, achieving significant cost savings and high member satisfaction. Before their role at NeuGen, Tina worked as a Member Services Coordinator at NeuGen (aka WEA Trust and Health Tradition) in 2017, where they were eventually promoted to Manager of Care Management. In 2014, they worked as the Director of Healthcare Services at Interim Healthcare of Wisconsin, overseeing the clinical aspects of a home health and staffing agency. Their previous experience also includes being a Nurse Case Manager at Interim Healthcare of Western Wisconsin from 2011 to 2014 and a Registered Nurse at St. Mary's Hospital from 2010 to 2014. Tina began their career as a Nursing Assistant at Agrace HospiceCare (formerly Hospice Care Inc) in 2001.

Tina Brown completed their education at Madison College, where they obtained an Associate Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Their studies at Madison College lasted until the year 2010.
