Brent Watson

Brent Watson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Brent started their career as an Operations Analyst Intern at ProFunds in 2006. Brent then joined Fannie Mae in 2007, where they worked as a Financial Engineer and later as an Associate. At Fannie Mae, they gained experience in reverse engineering structured transactions and financial planning & analysis.

In 2012, Brent joined Wells Fargo as a Reverse Engineering Consultant, where they focused on building and testing cash-flow models for municipal products and mortgage-backed securities. Brent played a key role in establishing processes for financial model development.

Since 2015, Brent has been working at Common Securitization Solutions, where they have held multiple roles. As the Director of Product Management, they focused on aligning product vision with client needs and driving strategic initiatives. In their previous role as Manager - Securitization Operations, they led the design and implementation of a strategic initiative to build the Common Securitization Platform. Brent managed a team responsible for financial modeling and played a key role in optimizing business processes.

Brent Watson earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007.
