Kelly Lindsey Isikoff has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Kelly Lindsey is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Common Securitization Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Cyber Security Business & Strategy Advisor. Kelly Lindsey also held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at AXIS Capital.

From 2016 to 2019, Kelly was the CISO at RenaissanceRe, where they had overall responsibility for technology risk management, information protection, and security assurance. Kelly Lindsey conducted annual cyber risk assessments and influenced business decisions around cyber risk.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as an Executive Director, overseeing the development and establishment of the CISO function for the firm's asset management business. Kelly started their career at Warner Music Group in 1999 as a Sr. System Engineer, where they gained experience in security and infrastructure technical responsibilities. Kelly Lindsey was involved in the development and implementation of enterprise campaign management systems and received the CIO award for their system design and integration work.

Before joining Warner Music Group, Kelly was a founding partner of bluejet, a secure eCommerce web development consulting company. Kelly Lindsey focused on open-source product development and worked with clients ranging from small to mid-size corporations and ISPs.
