Thomas Smith has extensive experience in the field of security operations and engineering. Thomas has held various roles in different organizations, starting from 2009 until present.

In their most recent position at Common Securitization Solutions since 2018, Thomas worked as a Lead Security Operations Engineer, specializing in vulnerability and compliance management. Thomas was responsible for configuring security systems, implementing file integrity monitoring, and managing compliance and configuration standards in cloud environments.

Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Security Engineer at HUD OIG in 2017, where they implemented and configured McAfee products and servers to ensure network security. Thomas also worked as a Security Engineer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the same year, focusing on system security analysis and development, as well as vulnerability scanning and compliance reporting.
